“SLIG University” was a revolving door of employees pretending to be financial wizards—like Hogwarts, but for overworked colleagues.

What about the boards of directors for each entity? On the surface, they appeared to function as impartial governing bodies—an essential component of any well-run organization. In reality, however, they were merely paid employees, handpicked for their loyalty and strategically positioned to create the sense of independence. In truth, they operated entirely under his influence, and anyone who dared to disagree with him was promptly removed or fired.

Now let’s talk about his social media presence, It’s a parade of selfies with random people he calls “partners” (translation: they made the mistake of standing near him), to bust his credibility, alongside "posts" stolen from legitimate companies where he covers their logos with his own, shamelessly rebranding them as his “original” content.

Peddy ran SLIG on pretense, like a poorly scripted reality show. He had zero real business experience.   Every venture he initiated has failed— despite his claims of being a business expert, he doesn’t have a single successful business to his name. None.

It is very commun that criminals operate under a pretense, they disguise their true intentions by projecting an appearance of legitimacy or a trustworthy persona. Oh, he took it to the next level. He didn’t just pretend to have integrity; he tattooed the word “integrity” on his leg, as a core value.

When SLIG hit the skids, Mehrian had another shady idea: rebrand it under another entity to dodge responsibilities with investors. Enter Abraham Lincoln Real Estate Ventures, a brand-new company with the same concept but without the burden of paying the promissory notes. Since Mehrian is banned from fundraising, he's letting his co-founders—Walter, Zack, Alen, and Gonzalo (who also lost their shirts with SLIG)—handle the investor pitches. In a cruel irony, they pretend to be “Senior Wealth Advisors,” essentially casting themselves as actors in a real-life reboot of "Evil Queen and the Four Dwarfs, LLC."

At the core of Mehrian’s schemes was an insatiable desire to gain acceptance within the Persian Jewish community by projecting an image of success. He dreamed of building a family with a Jewish woman and climbing the social ladder. However, the essential tools for achieving genuine success—education, ethics, and emotional maturity—remained elusive. Now, at 43, with no wife, no children, and a criminal record in the making, that dream may never come to fruition.

So here we are: a cautionary tale and a comedy rolled into one, where Mehrian’s illusions left a trail of deceived investors and an “empire” built on air.

Moral of the story? Never trust a guy who calls himself “The Money Man” while wearing a the cheapest suits that looks like they came from a Buy One, Get One Free sale.

Peddy had the greatest opportunity of his life, but his greed and dishonesty became his downfall. His actions have brought him to the brink of facing prison time and a lifetime ban from working in the financial industry.
